FAQ

Are there any requirements for logo files?

Yes, all logos must be in a vector format such as .eps, .ai, .pdf, .cdr, .svg. Unfortunately other file types do not allow us to digitize your logos for embroidery.

What if I don't the correct file type?

Don't worry, we can convert files, however it will incur a small fee of $12 per logo to cover the time required to manually reconfigure the file. Once completed, we happily provide you with the file for future use. (Keep in mind, you may need these in the future for print!)

What if I don't feel comfortable measuring myself?

If you happen to be in Southern California, or at a race track/event where one of our representatives is, we would be happy to perform the measurements for you. If not, we suggest contacting a local tailor as they will be well versed in locating the biological landmarks we use to measure. Please ask them to fill out the form per the instructions, as the dimensions required for a racing suit, are not the same as a formal suit.

What if I need a last minute change?

We can make changes up to 7 days after the order is confirmed and enters production. After this period it is impossible to make changes as the material is already cut, and embroidery on each panel has begun.

What if my suit doesn't fit correctly?

Bespoke Sizing: We understand that sometimes these things happen. If your measurements were taken by a Freem Racing USA team member, we will have any errors fixed at our expense. If you have supplied your own measurements, we cannot be liable, however we will work with you to find a suitable solution.  Standard Size: Our standard size charts are available here. These are to be used as a guideline, and although you may fall within the dimensions specified, this is not a guarantee of proper fitment due to natural variations in individual physiology.
